Who We Are
Paradox Productions was founded by Robin Wilson, an entrepreneur, experiential producer, and hospitality professional with more than two decades of experience designing exceptional experiences for discerning clients.
Robin first gained recognition in Chicago as the founder of an award-winning luxury on-site beauty company, earning repeated accolades from The Knot and WeddingWire, and winning Under 30 CEO's Entrepreneur competition.
Over the last twenty years, she has produced hundreds of events, retreats, and private client experiences across luxury hospitality, wellness, education, and personal exploration. Her work has taken shape at W Hotels and within large-scale wellness programming, as Design Director of the Austin Tantra Festival, and across eight years in senior leadership at Landmark Worldwide, where she coached hundreds through the work of personal transformation. She went on to found Yes & Well, a platform dedicated to helping people discover emerging wellness experiences through trusted recommendations and thoughtful curation.
Her years inside transformational work gave her a rare fluency: the ability to surface what's unspoken, allow a blind spot to become clear, and create the space for a client to daydream freely about what they actually want.
Paradox is the culmination of that work: a private experiential design and advisory practice built on exceptional discretion, an extraordinary network, and the belief that life's most memorable experiences are rarely found on a menu.

Paradox Productions accepts a limited number of clients each year. Before inviting prospective clients to complete our formal application process, we ask that they submit a brief Request for Consideration.
Applicants selected to move forward will be invited to complete our formal application process, including a comprehensive client profile, private consultation, identity verification, and background screening. We invest significant time in our clients and look for individuals who are prepared to do the same.
